Default Midwest Tuners for E-manage?

Does anybody know of any Midwest tuning shops that are trained and capable of tuning the Greddy E-manage? I tried instant messaging Tony1 from jotech already, but unfortunately, he doesn't Tune the E-manage..anyone have any experience with a tuner shop who knows how in the Midwest?
