We are about to get to the fuel pump part of the install on stans(flamenco) car. Its a Drag 3 kit on a GSR and this is the only thing we do not know how to do.. Can anyone give us specific directions on where to mount it and where to hook up the wires? or a link to a page that tells how to do it?

 

I used a relay to hook mine up. relay has 4 prongs
input
output
power
ground

input - hooks to dash lighting, or anything switched on by ignition (5amp fuse here)
output - to fuel pump positive terminal
power - direct from battery (30amp fuse here)
ground - good ground

are we using a bosch relay ? which one is input, output power and ground ?

I used a standard automotive lighting 12v relay...should cost 4 bucks.

all tabs were labeled

 

Chris your dad should have some bocsh relays laying around which cost $.99.
