noooooo, i thought as long as u shaved off the thing in the injector it would b ok...where can i get obd1 clips fast?
some autoparts stores actually have them in stock...but seeing how you're in gainsville, i'd call up all the local shops...they should have them handy.
is there a part number or something? i went to napa and they looked at me funny and the honda and acura dealer makes u buy the whole engine harness...
if you trim the tabs you should be able to use the OBD2 clips with those injectors.
maybe not cause i've never actually used DSM injectors myself. i used OBD2 injectors with my OBD1 clips and they fit right in once a trimed the "tabs". if it doesn't work then i guess you'll have to check around locally to see who has the clips you need.

hmm, it's been awhile since i did that. i think it was the injector that i trimed to fit the OBD1 clips, but as i said i'm not sure about the dimensions/tabs on the DSM injectors since i've never used them. but if they just need the plastic trimed to fit the clip i don't see any harm in that. i trimed OEM injector plugs before without any problems at all.
someone else may have more insight on the DSM injectors though.

no
you need OBD1 injectors, and cut the tab out of the injector...not the part that connects to the wire harness...

I got my clips from Sonny (user name) and they came in like 2-3 days, i'm he could ship overnight. Hmmm, too cheap to remember the price...
try going to the pull it yard on north 441 just north of 53rd. it's near sunstate recycling i think. find an older civic and cut the injector plugs off. if that yard doesn't have them if you are ever up in the atl there are yards loaded with them. if you don't get any i'll be down memorial day week end and might be able to bring some with me.
btw...the obd2 are fatter on the male side than obd1.
