Default Maxrev mani

Today I was boosting and realize that I was loosing alot of power....I check the wastegate and it felt a little loose so I went to tighten the bolts that holds it against the mani....Then fuggin bolt snapped in half Half of it was still stuck in the wastegate flange on the mani ....Decisions...decisions...I ended up deciding to bore it out to 10mm to get it out and stud it. To my flippin shocking horror, when I came to re-thread the hole, one of the 10mm stud was free spinning! while the other is OK. So now I've got one 10mm hole studded and the other 10mm hole must be a little too damn big for the stud to bite onto the thread!

What can I do now?!? I'm a little stuck as the next size up is 12mm which I can re-thread to but the 35mm Tial would not give enough clearance for the 12mm nut on top

So is my only option to get a new flange welded on, thats if maxrev make one off the shelf that I can buy or can I go for a different flange like a 90deg elbow that I can weld onto the maxrev mani? What are my other options!?!? This is my only car so I can't really afford much downtime at all, so pls help!!!

all you need is a new flange, they aren't manifold specific, its a tial 35 mm etc.

You could weld up the hole, redrill, and tap. Might not be the ebst solution, but it would prob work.
