From end tank to end tank that is and properly clearing all piping. Ive found 6in L is maximum you can go without modifying bumper support but not length. I'd like the intercooler to take up the entire front grill or closest to it. Anyone have experience?

 

Mine is 32 x 14 x 3 from endtank to endtank and there is probably another 3 or 4 inches to play with, but you gotta cut some stuff out.

I could probably fit another 2 inches long x 3 inches high and another 1 inch thicker if I wanted to

Bumper supports are over-rated..... I removed mine
