"We have made 510 on e85 and 580 on gas... "
If 580 was maxing the pump 510 is not possible on e85. These threads pop up ever so often I still stand by what I said before don't be surprised if you can't make it into 500whps range. The other people are not mentioning if they are running some sort of voltage regulator to get up as high as they are. With stock wiring and stock lines I have seen a good number of these pumps not make it. e85 takes roughly 30% more fuel.

No regulator lol the car has been running on that power on e85 for a year and a half stock regulator and old precision 1000s we did it on a 6262 with full 2 1/2" exhaust. the other one that mafe 580 was my race car this was years ago on c16 stock regulator and 1000cc precisions. I have no reason to lie lol. This isnt uncommon we have another car with a regulator and id1000s we were at 60psi base on e85 and made 590... Granted all these cars were tuned on the very edge of being out of fuel but it is possible... We are also at 4400' elevation. I can show graphs and pics if you really want but i could really care less if you believe me being we have been doing this thing of ours for more than a decade, take your e knowledge and throw it out the window and then get into the real world bro.
I just got on here looking before trying to figure out what I needed and then get on the dyno and maxed the pump out at 420. Then got a new pump its running 450 now; i'm sure it will do more. I have been asking around here in town and I know of three others that have maxed out in the 400's too. My tuner says its a tad random. I also called around the us asking other shops too an got the same story. Is it possible you got what you did on c16 yes. will everyone get a 255 that flows that well, no. The flow numbers don't add up for it to support e85 over 500whp. Just a sanity check people are maxing them in the 500's you need 30% more fuel. I'm just trying to get my experience out there so maybe some others will benefit from. Get a better pump to start and not end up double spending.
You keep saying 30% this and that i tune tons of cars dude i know what it takes to run ethanol. just because you make 450 on x turbo and are maxing out your pump doesnt mean someone else cant make 500 on y turbo.... Get it? There are more variables also you could have shitty gunked up old lines... Perhaps an old filter. Im not suggesting everyone should make 1000000 hp with this pump im just stating facts. Also walbro made two versions of the 255 that i know of.
