Ive been trying to get ahold of the people at Max Rev for a few weeks now via email andphone calls, but no one ever responds to my emails or answers the phones. Does anyone know if they've gone out of business or do they just have terrible CS?

 

They have some terrible customer service at times. I also have left a messege. I believe they are ignoring the phone calls due to the fact they are soo backedup.
