max rev manifold owners
who has "de-burred" excess metal from the inside of the runners ? I found a few little scraps still hangin on the inside, and i just didnt want them to go through the turbine. If so, what did you use to clean it up ?
i had to use a steel wheel and a carbide sander on a dremmel on quite a few surfaces on the inside of this manifold.. its a well made piece, just missing a couple minor details.. but thats part of why its so inexpensive
cool i think i will find a dremel to use.
on your guy's WG flange, was it sanded down right near the actual exhaust outlet ? On mine, it looks like they ground it down to make a flat surface, but now the middle of the flange surface sits a tiny bit lower than around the mounting bolts, ...i was afraid this would cause a bad seal between the flange and and WG because the middle section of the gasket wont be recieving the same amount of pressure on it.
