I say use one gasket and some copper spray on the gasket. It has worked for me on downpipe flanges that were warped some....
I love that stuff...Just coat it like 4 times per side and you should be good.

that looks pretty bad...
I dont know if copper sealant is gonna cut it... I would remove the two studs and have it machined flat again....

yeah take it to a machine shop and get it milled like you would a cylinder head, that should do you good

I think no matter how many gaskets you got on there you will burn right through them in about 3-4 days so suggest you don't even use the gaskets and just mate that up metal to metal, nothing inbetween...

Judgeing from the pic, that looks EXACTLY like mine did, except my head flange was warped too. I'd contact MaxRev and get them to send you another one

an easy solution would be to use the gasket provided for the wastegate and use some copperseal stuff on it
worked for my manifold to head connection

Don't use copper spray or double gaskets, all you are doing is just putting a bandaid on it. Mill it and fix the problem instead of masking it. Its already off the car, the worst is already done. Probably cost ya 10 to 20 bucks to mill it.

i dont know if maxrev would replace such thing. the reason is being that it is a used manifold and that it is one of their "older style" manifolds. do you guys think maxrev could help me out on this?

That could be easily fixed with a flat file. It really doesn't take that long to file by hand, and you should be able to work around the studs without having to remove them.
