Max Current Pull of Stock ECU Injector Drivers?

Default Max Current Pull of Stock ECU Injector Drivers?

Long story short...I need to know what the max current pull is of the Injector Drivers before you burn them out? Anyone know exactly?

I have the datasheet somewhere...
Made by SGS Thompson I believe

STA413A

That will tell you what the manufacturer says will kill them, but not EXACTLY what you want to know.

The datasheet states 3 amps as the absoulte maximum, and I assume that is per transistor (there are four independent transistors in each STA413A). So I would try and pull no more than 2.5 amps off of each injector circuit, especially since there is no heatsink for the drivers.
