MAP sensor & injectors errors on a new build
Alright, we got this thing started and was trying to make it idle just so I can take it down the exhaust fabrication shop but the engine check light comes on, Hondata tool was showing MAP sensor & injectors error codes. We have set the MAP sensor to Motec 3 bar one as welll as tried custom and OEM but still error remained on there. Engine starts and then dies after few seconds unless its reved up.
Setup consists of a complete rebuilt B16a2 with all upgraded internals and sleeved in an import JDM Sol, Hondata S300 P30 ECU & GM 3 bar map sensor supplied by phearable.net, RC750cc injectors, etc.
I got the injectors used only of 1 or 2 runs by a previous owner and their flow sheet was showing 750cc for 3 of them and 751cc for the 4th. However now I got the car toed away to the exhaust shop and sent the injectors away for testing and should get the result shortly but if they come back ok, I will need to figure out why the S300 is telling me something is wrong with them.
As for the MAP sensor, according to instructions it should be putting about 1.67 volts when igntion is on but it was putting out about 1.56 volts (don't know if this would make a difference).
Any idea's or help with this will be much appricated.
