Default MAP to MAF conversion

Has anyone ever done a Mass Air Pressure to Mass Air Flow conversion. How hard do you think it would be with a standalone?

In most cases, people who run MAF's convert to MAPs. Look at the supras.

Yeah that's because the MAF's are harder to modify with, and they want larger TB's which you can't do with an OEM MAF with-out replacing it. They are set sizes on those beasts.

I want to do because I got killer deals on a housingless MAF, and MAF's are more accurate. They are easier to tune with also sense they give direct reads of the amount of air not the pressure or density. They can also tell you the air temps going intake the manifold. I have experience with them on my Saab, but I need an idea on how to begin the conversion on my Civic. Just better from a tuning stand point if you ask me.
