Default Manual and Automatic

ok i have seen some turbo'd automatics, and i have heard some people say its stupid and i have heard others say its not stupid that they build boost just as good as a manual if not better, honestly i have no idea, but i was just wondering why would it be "stupid" to boost a automatic

I'm not positive it really relates to the available Honda automatics, but there are a couple street driven automatic Neons that run in the 9s.

an auto will spool a turbo on the stall of the converter, unlike a manual which needs antilag to get the turbo to spool at the same rpm.

if you are talking about turboing a honda automatic, i havent done it. but judging that they cant handle even n/a abuse, if it is turboed it wont be long for this wirld.

nope. f22/f23 auto trannies are ****.

clutch packets will get trashed then you will have metal shavings all up in the tranny clogging the filter and preventing optimal oil pressure
