Default which manifold would be best

car: 96 Honda Prelude h23a1
turbo: t3/t4e .48a/r w/60trim...boosting 17psi
want to keep a/c
will have tial 35mm wastegate

I know Maxrev does not yet have an application for h23 only h22 for now..But I have been considering them along w/ SFP, FMAX, & DRAG Gen4..Please give me input on your experiences with these manifolds..Even if you don't have a Prelude, please tell me what you think about your manifolds..Quality and Service are big issues with me so the type of car the manifold is on shouldn't make a difference. Anybuss, I know you are on PO.com also, so sorry for you reading this again..That goes for anyone else who is on that site..I just need to get as much feedback as possible..I want to do this the right way the first time.

You may want to consider changing that .48 A/R turbine housing to at least a .63 A/R turbine housing. You have the displacement for a larger turbo.

That would be on my list of cosiderations except they don't make one for the h23a and they have no intentions on making one for h23a

i run the drag manifold on my h23a and it does the job. i dont see how spending 1500+ on a tubular kiwi manifold is going to greatly benifit me hp wise, 1500 bucks is a lot and if its only for 5010whp its not worth it in my opinion. next summer i plan on making my own tubular manifold though. if you do run 17psi im sure you know about the fuel upgrades that you will need to run as well as the tuning on the dyno that is required, i also agree you will need a different turbo. you wont have a problem keeping the a/c unless you choose to run a 3" dp. if you need a drag manifold, just let me know.

yeah Gude, let me know how much you can get one for...I'm so tired of doing all this research and getting nowhere. I just need something reliable that won't crack within the first month I have it.
I've been concerned about the turbine but i'll just stick with it and then decide what to do after all is said and done..I'm just spending so much money to get this all together that I don't want to buy a second turbine before I can even drive the car and see how it feels. My fuel system, well I just bought a Walbro 255 fuel pump. I plan on getting a FPR(don't know which one, any suggestion?). I will have the Hondata 2b or 4b w/datalogger..Which Hondata stage will depend on cash flow at the time I'm ready to purchase. I will be going down to Tampa and Vaportrail for tuning. I'm prepared to go as often as necessary..No sense in ruining 10 grand worth of machinery over a couple hundred in tuning..and also 550cc injectors maybe larger depending on cost but no smaller than 550cc
