Manifold ?
My question is. The goal is to get as close to 600 whp as I can. Do I need a ram horn or will a mini ram work. My major issue on last tune session was back pressure do to manifold and possibly housing. Do I need to step up to the .82 or is the .63 going to be ok for my goal? It made 525@30psi but went lean on e85 do to low fuel pressure, pressure gauge was broken reading 65psi put several other gauges on it and they all said 35psi. I have also been venting from back of block, would I be better off tapping the valve cover and venting from there since back pressure is causing it to blow oil through the can?

Re: Manifold ?
You will pick up a lot of power from upgrading to a quality ram horn manifold coming from a cast log. Looks like you might need to step up to bigger fuel injectors and pump if you are using e85 with a 600whp goal.

Re: Manifold ?
Forgot to mention I moved somewhere without e85 recently so I will be switching to race gas. Any ideas about the housing is .63 fine or should I step up to the .82?

Re: Manifold ?
mini-ram is absolutly fine for 600whp.
Chances are you'll gain a few more whp north of 6500rpms with a ramhorn manifold but by no means is a mini-ram limiting you on reaching your goals.
warning, mini-ram manifolds sit low so the oil return line will be slightly tricky.
best solution i've found is modifing fittings and using pushlock to reduce amount of fittings required.
