MAJOR ISSUE WITH AEM EMS 30-1010!!!!!!
OK, I tried loading the info for the AEM wideband, and I noticed that the throttle was reading 100% and it was under 35.12 load. I found this strange so I unplugged the TPS sensor and it still read the same thing. Tried hooking up a different throttle body but the same thing occurs. Unplugged the wideband and the same thing occurs. SO I check the voltage of all the sensors and it shows that EVERY sensor is showing 5 volts. Turning the car off also does not change anything and it won't start because the injectors are firing like theyre at WOT. Last time I started it up everything was working properly, and that was a week ago. I find it really strange that the sensors ALL say 5 volts, and everything else works properly. Is it possible that there is something that is grounding out or is it the computer itself is fried? HELP SUPER NEEDED!!!!!!
Have you setup the throttle range?
Setting the Throttle Range
It is very important to set the Throttle Range before attempting any tuning on the car. There are may function of the EMS that must monitor correct throttle position to operate properly.
From the AEMPro menu select Configure|ECU Setup|Set Throttle Range
Follow the on screen instructions
It is advisable to save the calibration file as a new name once the Ignition
timing has been set

Try checking your main grounds @ the t-stat, tranny, and valve cover. make sure they're clean and tight. next, i would check battery voltage. a weak battery can cause all sorts of faulty ish.
I'll try that and see what happens but I don't know. Resoldered the wires but havent seen any difference yet. The hood pins were drilled and ironically I was saying that I wanted to get the hyper ground kit for my car. I twisted the valve cover one a little to see if it was bad or damaged or what but nothing. keep the comments coming.
Did you try reloading the firmware v1.03 and unplugging and pluggin the ems back in? Maybe it got pooched somehow. Seems to be the genaric fix for when things get screwy.

OK, the green wire with a white stripe which is in pin c7 is the culprit. Somewhere along the line it is being shorted out or not grounding. The way I figured this out is I stuck the ohm meter in the pin and I saw the readout of the voltage for the sensors go to somewhat normal. After seeing this, I took a paperclip, shoved it in, and touched it to the AEM box. Everything now worked. So we experimented adn chenage all the sensors to what I needed them to be, got the car idiling, and pulled the clip from the body of the EMS. Car dies. So, the wire I am looking for goes to the VTEC solenoid and something else just have to figur out where. If we cant I am just splicing the wire and putting another wire on for a ground.
