You don't want it sleeved locally. We use Golden Eagle for our sleeving. We're in Rowlett if you want to bring it by, we can take care of it for you.

Seriously, you live in Rowlett. Just go drop it off at T1. GE is pretty good on their turnaround, just make sure you have them (or your machinest) check your line bore when its done.
