M-90 Blower on B18a1 ?
Im currently working on my project car which is a 1988 honda crx si with an obd0 b18a1 swap. Right now the engine is in stock form. Now I seen that the jackson racing supercharger kit for the b-series use's the Eaton m62 supercharger. Well I went to the local junkyard an pulled off an Eaton m90 off of a Grand Prix GTP. Has anyone ever used the m90 on their b-series before? The m62 use's 1liter of air for every revolution an the m90 use's 1.5liters. Is this possible to make it work? I know the car would be alot quicker with the m90 rather than the snail m62.

Alright that answered pretty much everything. So here's what I gathered from that novel thread. 1.Send out crank pulley to be customized to work with my setup
2.Get the tensioner off of a Ford Lighting
3. Use a blow off valve from a talon tsi
4. Ebay FMIC
5. Ebay ic piping with t-bolts
6. Custom supercharger mount bracket
7. Custom supercharger tensioner bracket
8. Send blower out to get the casing done aswell reverse the operation of the blower.
9. Use a 70mm throttle body
10. Larger fuel injectors, walbro 255lph pump, aftermarket fuel pressure reg
11. Hondata s100b
12. 8 rib supercharger belt
13 Dyno tune
Is there anything that Im forgetting?

im wondering if its really worth all that trouble to make the m90 work compared to how much it would cost for a full m62 setup.

Re: M-90 Blower on B18a1 ?
If you guys check out rmcdaniels' thread, he's working with Magnuson on their B-series M90 kit. They're guessing $2500-3k for a comprable kit to the JRSC in terms of parts. The difference is you can use any FMIC, a much better intake manifold, but have to have a more specialized exhaust manifold.
If you want to do it yourself, the problem is your M90 spins the wrong way. You can reverse it, but that requires some specialized machining and pressing/jigs.
