Default LS-Vtec Questions!

I have a question about building a Ls-Vtec... I own a B16A2 and I wanted to know... What is the key of making a reliable high revolution B18a/b - Vtec ?
This is my project...
-JE Pistons 12:5.1 with Rings
-Eagle H-Beam Connecting Rods
-SIR CrankShaft
-SIR Block Girdle (Doweled in place)
-SIR Main Bolts (x6)
-SIR Windage Tray
-SIR Oil Pan
-LS Gasket
-SIR Oil Pickup
-SIR Oil Pump
-SIR Water Pump
-SIR Timing Belt
-SIR Crank Pulley/Dampener
-SIR Oil Cooler
Plugged oil line (for VTEC), relocated dowels for fitment on B18 block
With the SIR Head + catcams camshaft bla bla bla and other stuff we don't need to know right now.

OKay!
It fact my question is would that work? Will it fit?

thanks...

oh and for the question, a good flowing oil pump and a rev-limiter will be key to safly reving an LS bottom end
