Thats going to be in the tuning... you might want to go with larger injectors and I didn't see a fuel pump or choice of tuning system in your plans??

yeah bigger injectors for sure. I can easily see those dsm injectors maxing out. I would recommend some rc750cc injectors (no need to wire in resistor box with these either). and a walbro fuel pump and you should be good to go. I'm running those injectors and fuel pump on my stock gsr on 12lbs and i have no problems at all and the car is my daily.

A Walbro 255 lph pump will do just fine. Those DSM 450's are gonna limit you to around 300 whp.

How much power were you planning on shooting for? You did not state what turbo you will be running, so try not to determine your goal based on psi.

Please realize the chipped ecu will have a base map which will allow you to start the car and check for install issues, and hopefully drive to the tuner without going into boost. But the car will need to be tuned with a wide band 02 in order to confirm that the air fuel ratio is within the proper ranges. Boosting on a base map has killed many motors.

The injector size will be based on how much power you're trying to make. So how much power are you going for?

I would suggest utilizing the the Tuner Directory HERE and locating a reputable tuner near you. And then discuss with them what tuning software they prefer to use to tune your car. There is no plug and go tune available, you will need to either learn to tune fuel and timing maps yourself, or pay a pro tuner to tune the car for you.

I hate to be a dick and don't normally post if I can't help, but my god...does anyone even look at the forum before they post threads? I swear there is a epidemic of "block guard" threads recently. Every single question you asked could have been answered already if you would just search it.

And rywire should have whatever harness you need.

If 300 to 350 is what you're shooting for, I'd suggest the saturated (high impedance) RC 750 cc's.

As far as tuning goes, read the post below again...

i have an obd1 harness. and all you do for the rc injectors is just swap them out with your old ones. I'm running 750cc's on my gsr (bone stock) and is making about 300hp on 12lbs
