whats better for turbo ,ls rods or type-r rods?whats stronger?

whats your horsepower/torque goal? if its 350 or less i think stock rods are ok. but eagles are so damn cheap you might as well, especially if you already have forged pistons...

LS and ITR rods are different lengths to suit the ITR or LS crank throws. So decide on a crank and pick rods to suit. If you can't afford to build it right, you can't afford to fix your motor when it all goes wrong and blows up from using cheap parts
