Default LS Engines RULE ! . . Dyno

**UPDATE** The car went 11.6@ 120 mph (2/29/04).

Finally got around to dynoing the car.

Pump gas 93 octane
Stock B18b with blockguard
Hondata S100
RC 550cc Injectors
Garret t3/t04e 54 trim 50 ar
Drag 3 manifold
tial 40 mm wastegate
full Skunk2 catback 2.25"

I tuned the car on the street and just wanted to do a couple dyno pulls to see what it was making. I used the Innovate LM-1 wideband for tuning...which is really nice btw.

This setup is in a 92 civic vx..and needless to say I have major traction issues.

Wideband was not hooked up on the dyno!

trq is rather low for 9-10, no?

for that power i would estimate 13-15.. but surely a good 250 ft/lbs

That a/f can't be right....a stock motor wouldn't make it half way through a run like that without detonating like crazy and causing waves in the graph. Hell, I would even trust the motor to hold together

I tuned the car. It is not blowing up for that reason.

Yes completely stock internals..I put new stock honda rings in it about 6 months ago along with the blockguard.

somethings wrong here, i made 270whp on about 10.5 to 11 psi(that was w/ a dinky t04b drag 3 kit at that on my b18b which also had a 2.25 inch greddy exhaust) and it took you twice as much boost to make only 38 more whp?

300 is very feasable on most B series engines stock with a good tune. Boost pressure is irrellevent. Nice powerband

well i made 250whp on 23psi lol..

Shouldnt with a t3/t4 you be somwhere around 450 to the ground with 23psi.

300whp might be right with a t3 but not a t3/t4
