how long have you had the manifold? these things take time...
also, what is the longest you've driven with it? 2 hrs, 4, 6?

bump cause I find this interesting and like to keep ac but worried this not best idea. I will sit back and watch the debate and hopefully come up with a conclusion of yes I wanna do this or no I don't.

When I first asked about the sidewinder cody told me it uses the same length of tubing as the sst. Whether or not this is true, I do not know. I find it hard to believe. however, that was Cody's repsonse to that question.

same length seems hard to buy becasue of that single runner that drives the turbo

everyting else seems the same though as the runners right off the manifold seem equal in lenght to the collector

WANTS A SOL: as far as running it from 430 - 10pm.. was that street driving or highway or racing or what-
like i said im concered about heat issues and with me driving from atlanta to memphis for 6 hrs at 80mph, that makes a big diff. even if you are not in boost.

the only thing i can say is that ill ahve it jet coated for heat but that can only help a bit.

have you noticed any damage to the hood, any other downfalls besides the radiator hose?

ill throw my pennys in....

after tuning a car w/ the sidewinder, sorry i was not impressed, it spooled slower than a log mani from what i could tell and it wasnt any monster turbo. engine bay seemed to be pretty damn hot as well, which also will lead to higher intake temps which we all know contributed to more power loss...

i only recommend the full-race 'style' or inline pro for log mani's.

its pretty much proven that any "full race style" tubular equallengt manifold is going to spool slower than a log... what kind a power did that car make? can we see some dyno graphs?
