lots of black smoke??????
ok i have my turbo on. i am running a open dp. it is on my b16 with 9:1 compression with a walbro 255 fp some dsm 450's and my fp guage is at 30. i am going to run the vafc hack but dont have the vafc hooked up yet. also the motor has not been started in about 6 months and i know with the open dp there will be some smoke but when you hit the gas there is alot of black smoke. is the motor just cleaning itself out or is there a serious problem that i dont know about?
You can only lower your fuel pressure so much...the rest will depend on the VAFC trimming down the fuel. I don't think you should run your car without the VAFC hooked up, because you can risk the fuel washing out the rings.
damn so close but still so far. lol oh well i waited this long i guess i can wait one more week or so. hey what was that website that had the tunning for the vafc hack?
