Default lost motion assambly noise ? ??

copy of messages from another post:

sup guys.
i'm having some clicking noise for a while now and im not really sure if its my lma's or something else,

its like a typewriter at mid loads.

i'm using agip 10-60 racing oil in my engine, anyone experiencd 10-60 on a D?

my cam is a 59300

ok, i removed the valvetrain.
before about a month ago when i first heard the ticking noise i also suspected the lma's so i removed them and changed them with other ones that i had,
back then i didnt realized that the ones that i removed are are different that the ones i changed too. :S

the ones that i removed are on the right(which where originaly on the head) were sticky and i assumed that this was the noise source,
here is a video of them. ( the video quality is low, so.. the click sound happand when i relesed the spring, and not when it reached the end like seems on the vid)

, the left one is the one i changed too,
notice that the left one is kinda shorter.
