Default Looking for a special Intercooler...

Ok, to go with the incognito look,

I am wondering if anyone knows of a vendor or retailer of an intercooler that would fit where the OEM condensor on an 94 EJ1 (92-95 civic) fits.

I am trying to ditch the FMIC, and switch to a more incognito approach. I have my FMIC painted ceramic black, but I want it completely off the radar, but not as small as a sidemount, as I will be putting in a built motor, and upping up the boost.

Any links or pics?

I was considering having one custom made for my application, but I want to see if they are out there yet.

it would most-likely be a top in, bottom out, both hookups on the drivers side facing the motor; but that is off first thought.

black paint works nicely....also, sidemounts are easily concealable, but seeing as you've tried the first and the latter wont work for you, good luck. I'm sure there's some way to do it, but i dont have the answer. I dont think a water-air intercooler would be the answer, but who knows

check with Bell intercoolers. They have odd ball size cores and will make assemblies for you too.

And they perform good to, they are just kind of expensive

intercoolers off diesel trucks are pretty thin and look like condensers. you'd have to look around for the right one. some can be huge, while others are small.
