I think the only place down here in miami (southern) is a machine shop which I forgot the name to. Its on 168th street near to Active Autowerke.
They do alot of Domestics so i don't know what experience they have with imports. I think you will find better shops up north in the broward area

$300.00 isnt going to get you a good port, polish and flow test Not to mention quite a bit has to be done to get the LS head to flow a bit more. Been there done that

holy ****, 300 dollar isnt getting your ****. they have to dissasemble the head and take all the valvetrain out... not to mention all the time that is put into a good flowing head, LS head at that.

$300 is just a down payment, you never find somebody that knows how/what they are doing for that much. Hell, send it to me for $300, I have a dremel and polishing kit to do that. LOL,

Just my .02... Its better to send your head to somebody who does a lot of Honda heads, so you get what will work best for your application.
Portflow-
RLZ- super long wait but great work
Alainz- might not get you stuff back
headgames- in NJ

Re: looking for PP job in SFL (hu)
i'm going to be having (most likely) importbuilders do some work for me when i get back to the states. not sure the extent of the work (depends on condition of head i've got a good friend sourcing for me), but i know they'll do a good job.
you should send out some emails to folks like dpr racing, import builders, RLZ, and tell them what you're looking for. for $300 you'd probably only be able to get a good valve job and cleanup, but hey--you'd be surprised how much a simple valve job can actually help an engine breathe.
