Default Looking for integras w/Side Mount Intercooler (SMIC)

Just did a search looking for cars with SMIC's... I guess they're not to popular. I'm doing my best to keep my car from getting stolen, so I'm looking at a SMIC for my setup. I'm wondering if there's room in a GS-R engine bay. Post pics if it's possible.. let me know if it's not.

Thanks.

I ran a pretty sweet smic set up on my civic before santa came and brought me a nice fmic. I don't think i can get pics of it, but i'll try. To give you and idea, it was a 2nd gen eclipse gst ic that i put standing straight up where the intake filter or stock airbox would sit behind the headlight. Nobody had any clue i was turboed charged and the hood shut perfect. Surprisingly it helped and i have ran 4 1/2lbs of boost no prob on my b16a2. Think of it this way, if you don't want any body to see your **** do what i did and at the track take the headlight out for mo cooling. Or if you got money go air to water that would be sweet.

I will sell you my side mount for 50$ good condition.

A FMIC is going to be a lot better in terms of fitting and cooling - there really isn't enough room for the placement or plumbing of a SMIC. If you're worried about your car getting stolen (which is definetly a valid concern) then just paint it black and put a grill over it - it'll be almost invisible
