Default Looking for an idea for my Fuel System

I would like your opinion about my Fuel System problem.

With my car, I would like first to road on street and tune the car with my setup (B18C1, T6766 Turbo, here is my project https://honda-tech.com/forums/drag-racing-36/my-eg-drag-car-3075732/) before going on the dyno and strip.

At the moment I use a Walbro 255 in the OEM Fuel tank and OEM Fuel line and filter. I bought the 10AN Fuel line in order to go from the Fuel tank to the Aeromotive 10 AN fuel Filter I bought too and 6 AN fuel line return.
My fuel rail is an AEM

If I buy a 5 Gallon Fuel cell I will not go far away I think.

but would like to be close to my final Fuel System (pression, flow..) because of the Hondata MAP

What do you advice me?
I read the very great Thread about Fuel System, but would like your advice about my personal problem.
Thks

What type of fuel are you going to run? And whats the power goal? What size injectors? The single walbro 255 is your weakest link.

Yeah, with a 6766 you are going to need much more than a single walbro 255. I'd bet dual inline (parallel) 044's would get you into the kind of power that turbo is capable of.

Since you already have a walbro, get another one and run the Full Blown Motorsports dual Walbro hanger. It's a parallel pump setup and will be able to yield more power than running a single 255 to an inline 044, also won't need to spend money on a fuel cell since the hanger is made for an oem fuel cell. My car is at 577hp and only at 50% duty cycle with the FB hanger and Bosch 1600cc injectors, granted my turbo is only 61mm. I've seen the FB setup put out 980hp on an S372 turbo with just a -6 feed at 90-95ish% duty on the same Bosch 1600cc injectors. With a bigger feed and/or bigger injectors, it's obvious the setup will be capable of over 1000hp. And if you need the feed and return kit, B&R Fittings makes a real nice one.

By the way, the two aforementioned setups above are both on C16 fuel.

Great, thank you for your Feedback.
Is the Full Blown Motorsports dual Walbro hanger the best deal ? for $299

What do you think about the 400L/h Walbro? It will be better 2 x 255 I think

What is the FB Setup please?

I run a full blown dual Walbro 255 setup. When it's time for me to upgrade ill keep the hanger and just upgrade to 340 pumps

$299 is the best deal because no one else makes the hanger.

FB setup = Full Blown setup, I abbreviated because spelling it out every time sucks. Unless you're talking about the pic you posted then the FB setup in the pic has the hanger and 2 Full Blown Motorsports 340lph pumps.

2 Walbro 400's will not fit with the FB hanger from my experience, I bought 2 400's and tried it but they hit the baffle inside the stock fuel cell, with minor cutting of the baffle I'm sure they'll fit. Best bet is 2 Aeromotive 340's or 2 FB 340's if you think the 255's are not enough. The Deatschwerks 300lph pump also works with the hanger.

Did you try 1x 400 and 1 x 255?
As far as it is the same fuel line, it doesn't matter?

I haven't tried that combo but based off of me trying 2 400s I still don't believe that a 400 and a 255 will fit because of the baffle. If you have seen the 400 in person you can clearly see how much bigger it is compared to the 255. Not only that, I don't like the fact that having a 255/400 combo because just the thought that the 255 can slow down or possibly be in the way of the 400 since the 400 outflows it by so much. This statement may not be true but seems like a possibility.

OK, just order the FB 10 AN Feed and 6 AN Return.
Looking for a good fuel filter in 10 AN.

Talk to Brian from B&R Fittings, he has everything you need.

Yes I've ever bought to him -10 AN block plugs to get out the black OEM box.

I saw this kit on BR's website

but very expensive $350, I can put others fittings cheaper as far as you don't see them.

Question, with the FB Motorsport, there are no fittings included?
I've selected 10 AN Feed and 6 AN Return on their Website.

I believe it only comes with the top hat fittings, but I ended up not using them and used what Brian sent me instead. With th FB fittings I wasn't able to tuck the -AN hoses to where the stock fuel lines run because they were straight fittings, with the 90s that I got from Brian's kit I was able to. It's a tight squeeze but can be done, also there is no was to get the OEM cover to bolt up unless you use 90s. Get in contact with Brian, I'm sure he'll cut you a good deal. That's what I did and he helped me out a lot and cut me a deal.

If shipping and everything still costs too much for you, I'm sure there's got to be an -AN dealer somewhere around you. You should be able to piece it together. I went with Brian because it was convenient where he gives you everything you need and turn around time was fast. He told me 3-5 days ground shipping, I got it late next day after ordering.
