Default look at my turbo setup.. See anything wrong?

Ok I am useing a std d series manifold with a custom plate me and my buddie made.
The turbo is a 84 ford turbo coupe .63ar 60/63
Look at my little problem when trying to use the internal waste gate.

Is there any other o2 houseing that will work on that? I would jsut get a plate and weld a down pipe on there.. .
But then I will have no waste gate.
Is there possible another wastegate housing that goes down instead of back into the block? Anyone have one for sale. I am in need of help badly Thanks guys

i am running the setup on the project motor. What you need to do is ditch that 02 housing and get on ebay and buy the pre-made laser cut exhaust housing flange. its only like 22$ i think. take that and run a external wastegate off the flange that you bought. i wish i had some pics to show you what i mean.

I'm running the same turbo, and really hit myself on the head when I realized that the Swing Valve Assembly's outlet points right back out at the block. I decided to go ahead and buy a MaxRev manifold with an external wastegate, therefore avoiding the problem all together, but if you want to keep your HF setup, you're going to need to either get a different swing valve assembly (you can them on ebay or from here - http://www.relentlessracing.com/new_diy_turbo_page.html it's the 4th item on the page) or do like the guy in the post above me said

I would definately go with what hulkB was saying. It would be fairly easy and cheaper than a new manifold as well. Then there are the flow benefits. Unfortunately, I do not have pics, but it is very common with the buick GN crowd. Try looking at their sites.

Just cut the outlet off and reweld it in the position you want it. Works great like that. Or just weld the pipe directly to where the outlet was. Kinda like this.

ive heard that welding onto cast sucks too, but ive seen ALOT of people do it, and surprisingly it holds up REALLY well, like to break the welds of steel/cast we've had to use chisels and hammers and hardcore swinging, cuz the stuff holds solid.
