load fluttering sound...
while building boost, suddenly a loud fluttering sound comes on and car doesnt pull anymore. probably the ic pipe? maybe my silicon couplers are torn or something. car is too hot to mess w/ now, maybe later tonight.

sounds like one of your ic pipe connections came apart. Check all hose clamps and connections. If it's more like a hesitation at higher boost levels..it may be spark plugs or another ignition componenet. From the way you describe it, it definitely sounds like an ic pipe popped out of the rubber connector...no big deal.
