Learned 2 important things today
Fuel = #1 concern when turbo'ing a stock motor.
NEVER ghetto rig wiring.
I was driving home from work today, my car was out in the sun all day, and when I hit boost, it felt like I hit a freakin wall. The motor was struggling like hell. I get home and check all the vac lines, everything seems okay. And then I realized that I rewired my fuel pump this past weekend, and apparently the electrical tape didn't hold up very well in the heat. Hooked her back up, took it around the block, and boost was a great thing once again.
Heed my warning peeps!
