LEANING OUT WHEN BOOSTING
i just need some clue to wat is going on with my set up . . .
I have a d16z wit a greddy turbo kit . . . everything else stock . . . ran fine @ 5psi no probs
installed a custom intercooler and started to lean out, couldn't boost a pound w/o leaning out . . . so i just installed some rc 310cc injectors and no difference . . still leaning out . . . fuel pressure is around 44psi .. .
Anyone got any ideas to wat my problem could be? i'm out of solutions . . . please help!

Make sure it is the high pressure Holly 255 lph intank for turbo/supercharged applications. I had the regular 255 lph and my car leaned out.

the stock fuel pump should be able to hold out for 5psi.
-what is your fuel management?
-how do you know you are leaning out? Wideband? plugs? Denotation?

i just have the boost sensitive fmu that came with the kit and i also added a b&m adujustable fuel reg . . . but i left the pressure setting at 43psi . . .
i have a halmeter a/f meter and it also denotates . . .
i recently just disconnected the fmu from vacuum and the car runs fine even at boost . . . however it does lean out after i hit about 5000 rpms . . . but that was expected . . i'm thinking the fmu is bad . . . anyone think this is the case? i'm also going to replace the fuel reg toos . . .
I kinda have the same problem, do U have a fuel pressure gauge? what UR fuel pressure in boost? Your FMU will back up the pressure if it is working right. I'm about to chuck the FMU and slap in a SAFC. G/L

i got one of those b&m gauges that mount on the fuel filter so i can't really tell wat the pressure is at boost but from wat i was told the pressure is suppose to jump really high like in the 70s or 80s . . .
also i recently had to go do a smog check so i coudn't pass of course, and just had the guy do a diagnostic and turns out that my o2 sensor was bad . . . popped a new one in and no more leaning out . . . it also solved some other problems too . . . so you might want to check that toos FastTurboLS . . .
