Does anyone have a number for kteller?
I ordered some parts more than a week ago and they charged me and i havent received a confirmation yet

They dont have a number on their site. Try getting a hold of them through AOL or Yahoo. Today is sunday though, so you might have to wait till tomorrow.

Their ordering process is a bit confusing - you have to go back after you send PayPal and complete the order. Log on to their site and check your basket. If it still has your stuff in it, you need to complete the order or they will never send it, even though you have paid them.

yeah... the dont have the greatest customer service, thats for sure. Its unfortunate.... But, you'll get your stuff. I sent many emails to them, waiting for my ****.... seems like i got a reply the next day.

the same here, I wouldn't worried about it, But however, i just realize something, I see that your in Miami? If so, there might be a problem with UPS. I shipped something out last week, customer hasn't seen parts but its still at the docking station at Jacksonville. Hurricane Wilma screws things up down there. We've been trying to delievers down there and seems all the body shops are still closes.

Same goes with most of Ft. Myers, Cape Coral, etc.

 

Yea check the UPS/Fedex sites for which zip codes might have delays. The hurricanes throw a wrench in the works.

 

I ordered a manifold about a week ago and received it yesterday . I live in West Palm Beach, FL. So if there's delays anywhere, it's here. **** I dont even have power yet .
