Keep Chipped ECU for turbo application???????????

i have a chipped/modded ecu from PYR racing, and i am starting on my custom turbo kit, but i was wondering if it will work alright with the different fuel curve then stock, or should i get rid of the ecu?????

if it's an n/a program then go back to stock

its nopthing too wild, just a slightly upgraded fuel curve, and i think the timing may have been adjusted, thast prolly not good then, haha, no rev limit also,haha, shitty
anyone make an ecu chipped/modded for turbo apps?? other than standalone?
