JRSC and Throttle cable
i have a del sol si with a b16a swap. I just out a JRSC on it and i cant get the throttle to open 100% anymore...it will only go to 56%....the cable it as tight as possible without pulling the throttle open at idle. it went 100% before but now i cant get it to go. do i need to change out the cable or something like that.

Re: JRSC and Throttle cable (arsenic57)
changing the cable will have zero effect. your only option is to increase the size of the wheel that the cable wraps around. if different TB's use different sized wheels, then swap it out (i have no idea if they do, but for example, i think the GSR might be bigger than the B16). otherwise you'll have to ghetto rig it somehow....i plan on putting a spacing in the groove of my wheel to make it bigger since i have the same problem.

Re: JRSC and Throttle cable (keebler65)
what do you mean a spacing...i might can try that...the cable pulled to 100% throttle before and i cant get it to now even though its pretty tight. changing the cable had zero effect...your right on that. would a 99 si have a bigger or smaller wheel than an old b16a throttle bvody cause i got my hands on a TB from a 99si
