Contact jackson racing and they will give you the part number that you need. You can get that belt from a local automotive store.

i would take your belts off and bring them to an auto store. ask for goodyear gatorback replacements - these belts work GREAT for the JRSC they will be able to match it up by size.

My local AutoZone has the Gatorback belts all the time.

I actually prefer to get my belts from NAPA because napa belts are made by Gates and Jackson recommends Bando and Gates belts.

Scroll to the "Supercharger Belts".

Small print says "*Top quality Gates or Bando Belts".

Gates makes NAPA's belts.

Seriously, a belt is a belt I've used Bando, Gatorback, Napa and another brand that I can't remember the name of right now (kelly something, I think).

Gatorback had the weirdest tread design, but most likely if any of my belts failed, it was mostly likely due to misalignment, poor tension or a failed tensioner pulley or just plain old high mileage strain.

From my personal records:

My 1st Bando belt lasted 24k miles.
2nd Bando belt 4k. (misaligned).
3rd Bando belt 12k.

1st Gatorback belt 9k miles.
2nd Gatorback belt 6k miles. (tensioner broke).
3rd Gatorback belt 8k miles.

Currently, using Napa/ Gates 8k miles and still going. (No problems yet, fingers crossed).

If I weren't so damn busy/lazy I'd like to change my belts more often oh well.

For the most part I just like changing both my belts at the same time. My local Napa's always had the right sizes in stock whenever I've needed them. My Kragen almost never has sh*t. And my Autozone for some reason or other is a 50% chance of what I need and usually they'll be two different Brands names.

Bando is like the impossible dream for me....I've only been able to get them from Jackson for a high price.

JRSC belt sizes:
Hope this helps, This would be for all B motor's accept B16, Take 10mm off the blower belt length.

"B16/Type R" Crank to alt = 800mm
"GSR" Crank to alternater = 820-830mm
"LS" Crank to alternater =845mm
" CRV "Crank to alternater = 865mm

Blower pulley 4.0= Alternater to blower 630mm
Blower pulley 3.8 = Alternater to blower 620mm
Blower pulley 3.2 = Alternater to blower 595mm

I have used almost every belt there is, I have found Bando, Gates and Dayco to be the best and last the longest, Belt tension had a lot do with it. Avoid using the ultra small blower pulleys, There don't have as much surface area for belt contact and need much more belt tension.
Also use one of Jacksons lower idler pulleys and replace the top "Smaller" idler pulley, This will give better belt tension and will last longer.
Step up either the Crank pulley , or use a stepper pulley to raise boost

I tried Gatorback belts, and I was VERY dissapointed. They totally sucked.\

The Alternator belt absolutely could not hold tension, and the SC belt wouldnt stop squeaking after maybe 2k, no matter the tension. They totally blew.

I only use Dayco belts. They're alright, but I definitely want to find something more reliable. I swear it feels like my alt belt starts squeaking every 1k.

94jax your alt size is 800mm (4PK800) and SC belt is 595-610 (4PKxxx), whatever your store carries.
Im not sure if the LS sizes are any different, but the GSR alt is 800 and the SC belt is 620.

John, are you sure? I have always used 4pk800 alt belts, I cant imagine that an 820 or 830 would hold any tension if I have issues with 800.

Newgsrdriver.
I have found it's better using the logest belt possible, This give better "Wrap" ie. more coverage on the pulley. The more contact the belt has with the pulley the less belt tension you will need. When I install blower kits, I run loger belts than the kit calls for, I set them so they are right on the edge of adjustment, giving more belt surface area.

Interesting.

So you actually put on a longer belt with less tension? Wouldnt more tension on the longer belt give it that "wrap" effect?

I am trying to 100% grasp what youre saying so I can go out and try this

I think the wrap effect means to increase the amount of surface area contact between the belt and the pulley to avoid slipping and increase friction. Never thought of that and it a pretty simple idea! Sounds like it should work...
