Default JRSC maintenance/upkeep?

Looking into getting a JRSC and keeping it, so I was wondering if there is anything I should do to keep it working like new, any maintenance, things like that? Are there any common problems with these? Things to look for? Thanks!

Belt drive was, back in the day, a little prone to pulley/bearing issues. All Eaton blowers eventually need new bearings, particularly in the snout where the pulley is (not to be confused with the rest of the belt drive system previously mentioned). 70-120K if the SC Thunderchickens are a good indication.

PS - Prepare for the 1,001 people telling you to go turbo. In fact, I'll be the first:

Go turbo.
