I know its hard to calculate # but i want to know what i will get out of this. 2: How hard is the install........can i do it myself? 3: Is there anything I will have to upgrade or change if I buy this?

The power difference is incredible compared to stock output. If you are somewhat mechanically inclined or have a willing friend who is a mechanic you should do the install yourself. Not only will you learn a bunch but will appreciate it more.

It's not a big powerhouse, d16z6 come stock probably 100whp (rated 125 at the crank). The difference though is deff noticeable with low end torque and throttle response.
