jrsc and crv crank question

let me get this straight, is it:

jrsc with 6.5 pulley with crv crank = 10psi

or

jrsc with 8 pulley and crv crank = 10psi????

my set up: 3.8 nose pulley, 8psi. Plus stepper pulley, which let you run 10-11psi. you should also remind yourself heat, fuel support issue.
