Default JRSC in b18c1 hatch

Car has skunk2 intake manifold, ITR comptech icebox, ITR throttle body.

Would want the ITR JRSC kit to save the intake/TB, right?

The ITR JRSC intake manifold (same as B16A2) won't bolt up to the GS-R head.

Did I understand your question?

You understood it. So the studs are placed differently? I like the layout/setup the car has right now. The GSR TB placement sucks IMO heh.

They are different.

The ITR blower also has the 4.2" nose pulley (same as the Civic Si). That'd give you about 4 psi of boost in a GS-R. The standard GS-R kit comes with a blower that has the 4.0" nose pulley. Civic Si/ITR people commonly use that pulley for a boost upgrade.

I see. So I'd want a GSR kit.

well of course,
you have a gsr, so get the kit made for your car.

the ITR kit even runs less boost than any other jrsc kit.

also you know you'll be ditching that skunk2 mani right?

Umm yeah, I was just making clear why I had the ITR icebox in the first place. I wasn't aware the ITR/B16 had a different stud layout on the intake manifold.
