JRSC '97 Prelude
Hello HondaTech!
I currently run a '97 Prelude (base model) with the much sought after ss auto tranny (hold the applause & spare me the swap advice). Basic engine bolt ons as well (pullies, aem cai etc...)
I've got the opportunity to get my grubby little hands on a jackson racing supercharger...actually i've tentatively worked out a deal I just need to figure out when i'm getting myself into first......
The kit i'm buying comes with the following:
- Walboro 255 Fuel Pump (better than the original one that come with kit)
- Power Steering relocation bracket
- Jackson Racing FMU
- Jackson Racing EMS
- Custom AEM Intake
- IAC Relocation bracket
- Autometer A/F + boost with gauges, gauge pod and piller
- Jackshaft assembly
- Supercharger plate
- Supercharger adapter plate to intake
- Map sensor relocation bracket
- One set of colder plugs (7's)
- Endyn boost upgrade pulley ( goes from 6 - 9 psi)
What else should I be looking at? I'm told a tranny cooler would be a good idea.
I know there aren't many s/c auto ludes running around so any advice/experience would be appreciated!

Re: JRSC '97 Prelude (stoner_79)
jrsc blowers are a pita to put on an H22, and they sometimes have belt clearence, breaking issues because of the tensioner assembly. I like jrsc cars, but not on a H22 ( fitment issues).
If you do buy it, you'll definitley enjoy the torque it gives you. If your not a shade-tree mechanic pay someone to do the install. Good Luck!

Re: (DrSeuss)
Don't worry i'm not attempting the install myself, i'll watch though! lol
My question was more in reference to steps/advice as to how to make the auto tranny cooperate with the s/c.
Aside from the tranny cooler I was told to look into the torque converter...just not sure what my options are...?

Re: (I-4)
Did you not see the button labeled "Components" next to the dyno and instructions buttons?
Also, ditch the FMU and EMS, they are garbage. Look into crome or hondata.
