JR/Walbro pump question..
I have a Walbro intank pump. It does make alot of wierd noises...and the sound does seem to change. But the fuel pressure never changes. Well...when i am getting low on gas the fuel pressure starts to jump around alot..but thats when i am about to run outa gas.
But no..the fuel pressure is always the same all the time...it just sounds wierd.

when you first put it in you'll think there is something wrong with your engine bacuase of the high pitched noise it makes at idle. The best thing i have found to get rid of the anoyance is to turn the music up
The fuel pressure is consistent.
When you say "someone" I am not sure if you mean me or not. If it is me you are reffering to what i was trying to say was that it would be in your best interest to get the Walbro gss342, not the Walbro gss317(which is what Jackson sells). the 342 handles the high fuel pressures much better than the 317. The 317 has been known to go bad at 8 psi because of the high fuel pressures.
If you weren't talking about me
I still recommend the 342.
