I know that NC doesnt even have the inspection stickers anymore it is all sent up to state and registers to your license number and crap like that.

Well long time coming I figured out a way to have plugs for low or high impedence injectors and make the resistor box easily pluged or unpluged so passing inspection is not so much a worry. any more!

Also finally found an alt. bracket from JRSC that I needed, so I have that on the way too. As soon as i return from this next mission in about a month it is ON!

Long time coming again. Got the alt. bracket installed the system and had it running for about 30 min. before I realized it was chewing up the belt. I am pretty sure that the alt. pulley is being pulled toward the passenger side at the bottom causing an alignment issue, coupled with my mistake of not tightening the T-bolt caused the very premature wear. New belts on the way should be up in no time. For the time being I am running the S300 JRSC basemap that Hondata puts in there software. It was running pretty smooth, needs some adjustment for smooth idle but accelration both part throttle and full throttle were smooth.

Got the 450's installed and the adapter harness ran no problems. Wired the injector plugs in parallel so I can switch back and forth if I have to. Same with my IAT sensors and MAP sensors. Should be able to adjust the alt. with a simple spacer and be running smooth real soon.

Here is a pic of the finished bay. Just waiting on the new belts and fix the alignment issue but shouldn't be an issue at all. Let me know what you think.

a washer inbetween the alt and the bracket fixed my alignment issues

Thats what i had in mind as well, should be pretty simple. When I have time this week I will crawl under there and make it all straight.

Got the allignment issue fixed as far as I can tell. It will still skip a rib if i don't keep an eye on the tension but it has been good for a couple of weeks now.

Started tuning and was running more rich than anything but i can't complain too much that is better than lean. I am only recording about 4.9 psi at 7000rpm spiking 5.3psi. This is with a Y8 crank Pulley and the regular 4" snout pulley. Is this about the same boost level that some of you guys were seeing stock? I was thinking it would be just a little higher about 6psi?

Germany is pretty cold even during the summer but the highest IAT i have recorded so far has been about 143 F. I am probably going to try and up the boost with a 3.4" unless I can get some info to suggest that my low boost numbers are due to the SC itself.

Hight above sea level can also lower boost pressure

very true observation that I have not considered. I do not have an altimeter but I am sure i can find it somewhere.

Is that number around what you were seeing with a stock set up, or perhaps slightly higher because of my elevation here in Germany?

my setup is a B16B LHT and modified so doesnt compare

re the altitude, going by your location k-town = Kaiserslautern Germany
then your altitude is 245 m (804 ft)
at that height it should only lower it by 0.2-0.5 psi so not that much of a factor at all
cold weather can raise boost pressure as the air has a higher density when cold <20c

with the pressure drop your stating i would look at belt slipage or a leak under boost
biggest culprit for boost leak is the bypass valve
when set it should push the valve shut tight ( engine off )not just sit there with no tension
holding it closed
