Re: Jackson Racing in good condition?
entirely normal, ive never seen one without scratches, eaton doesnt design them with entirely spectacular tolerances, so they heat up, and then the rotors scrape the inside of the case. Thats why its important never to try to clean up the inside with anything but soap and water, otherwise you wind up ruining it. Also be careful not to get any thing inside those needle bearings at the back of the case, very delicate.

Re: Jackson Racing in good condition?
Okay, thanks.
Sounds good for me.
I will replace the ballbearings and needlebearings.
The coating of the screws is not so important?
Because it is damaged in some points.

It is important but yours seems to be mostly intact, so wash it off with soap and water and get them clean, no solvents otherwise the teflon will come off. Other then that, an oil change (7oz of gm supercharger oil) and a new coupler and you will be good to go.
