Jackson Racing Build questions??????
Alrite, i have been out of the car scene for a while, i have had the car, jsut been in trouble, and stupid ****, but anyways, i am wanting to build my motor now, so i wnat some suggestions, i have a 97 integra gsr everything on teh suspension and body that seen wear at all were replaced, body was always mint, but suspension needed some help, it was stock anyways, the motor is a gsr, jackson racing supercharged, apexi world sport, dc 4-2-1 header, injen intake, holley fuel pump, fmu management. My question is, i want to pull the motor, and partially rebuild, because the motor has 130,000 miles, but runs like new, its crazy how good it runs, but dont wnat to take chances, and want to make more power. As far as pistons, rods, block guard, everything for teh bottom what do you guys suggest?, on the head, i want to do itr valves, valves springs and retainers, itr cams, sound ok? rc 440 injectors, or what you guys think, should i change my header? i know theres better what do you guys recomend, also from the world sport should i do a n1? Should i change my intake? And should i do teh s200b, or the s300? im running 10 lbs of boost right now, makeing aorund 240 whp, and 178 ft lbs tq, i dont want to be redicualous to the point where i cant daily drive, but would like to be mid 400's or low 500's. PLEASE HELP ME READY TO START ORDERING

That supercharger won't go that high. It peaks just over 300whp. If you want more than that, you need a turbo.

I'm sure with the right tuning and the right pistons/rods, you could throw in a 75shot or 100shot of nos into the mix, and be making much more ponies.

As far as I know, this was the all-time record for highest hp on a Honda. Fully built type-r. 450whp @ 17 psi.
After all the money, look what this guy got - the worst power band I've ever seen and an over-spun (ruined) blower.

For the record, Eaton M112 blowers (Nearly DOUBLE the size of your piddly M65 unit) max out at just over 500 WHP. If you want that much power, you have to build a custom setup using a large roots/twin screw blower, or just go turbo.

why ITR valvetrain? i mean its great, but why not Omni, Skunk2, or Toda? Dont switch cams. With the jackson racing supercharger, you will lose 10 hp putting type r cams in a gsr. I would go Wiseco pistons (stock compression) and Eagle Rods. Arizona Race and Machine makes a good block guard. You dont have to change intake, but if you did AEM v2 is the way to go. Bump up throttle body size to 68mm. Definitely change your exhaust. With forced induction you will need bigger piping. I recommend 2.75" piping. Maybe even 3" since you are pushing 10 psi. bypass your cat if emissions arent a problem. Take it to a local exhaust shop and have it custom done. Buy a universal muffler (skunk2, greddy, hks). As for ecu, you could go either one but i would personally buy the greddy e-manage ultimate. Hope i helped.
oh. if you are going to spray, venom makes a computer controlled system that sprays at a constant rate so its not as big of a hit to the motor. check this article import tuner did on it. http://www.importtuner.com/pow....html
