Default Jackson keeps eating belts?

Ok.......I am running 14 psi on my Jackson (and before everybody comes in and tells me that I'm way out of the blower's effiency, I'm not. It's been modded by Endyn and is still efficient.) Thing is, I have to keep changing the belt on the supercharger every two-three days. I am running the smallest belt that I can find its a 24 inch 4 rib. My crank pulley is still the stock Civic Si one. I want to go back the the 8 psi pulley but make around 11-12psi by changing the crank pulley. What crank pulley should I use, and how are you guys running boost like this without this problem. Thanks.

Your pulleys are out of alignment. Serpentine pulleys won't last more than a few days with even 2° of misalignment.

Yeah they must not be straight, no way a belt should be eaten anywhere close to that time frame

Thanks guys. But it's almost like I cant get enough tension on the belt if I use the tensioner the way it's supposed to be. So what I do is more the tensioner over one bolt hole closer to the blower, and use it like that, so theres only one bolt through it that seems to be the only way for me to get enough tension on the belt. Any other guys have this problem?

You may want to put the tentioner back in the original position and measure around the pullies, then chech with all the belt companies to see what is out there. There are alot of companies I'm sure somebody has the belt you need even if its not Gates or Goodyear.

I have checked and checked. Nothing smaller than a 24 inch belt with 4 ribs. I've tried emailing jackson racing and its like talking to a wall they wont answer me. Thats why I was hoping maybe someone on here had the same problem and found a solution to it.
