!Intercooler Sizes
I've done a search, and nothing has helped me. Why would having too large of an intercooler not be a good thing? and what is too large? the length, or the height, or the thickness? Please help!!

not to say this is correct, but the only thing bad ive heard about having a larger intercooler is that it loses more psi than a smaller one...

it's call pressure drop...
air loses pressure as it travels, the farther the distance the more it loses..
on this case when air is going to the intercooelr inlet, the air is disperse over a wide area to be cool down, it goes to all the channels or tubes...this causes to lose pressure as it travels...
boost is a measure of pressure not velocity, both parts are equally important to make power and etc, but boost is a measure of pressure, less pressure, less power...
