Default Intercooler piping size.

Hey,

I am almost gonna put together my intecooler piping for my car. I have the Greddy Type 24 Intercooler....what pipe diameter are you guys running...or recommend for any turbo car? What materials? Any places you guys know of?

what size of turbo are you using ?
mostly for T3/4, you'll need 2" from turbo to IC, and 2.25 from IC to TB...

really...and here I was going to order 3" piping. Yeah its for a t3/t4
I am going to buy the stainles steel bends and pipes...and have a shop weld it for me....after fitment....has anyone done this...any already know necesary bends and stuff...for an EK? ANyone.

3" is way too big..., you'll lose a lot of pressure..if you're only boosting a low numbers....
the bigger not necessarily the better...

as far as fitment, it all depends, I forgot how the piping is routed on an EK...

Not Dustin, but 2.5 is good if you going to boost low. 3 inch would be good if you are going to boost 20+ psi.
