actually its already dropped on neuspeed race springs

I hope he doesn't plan on dropping his Accord, it would suck to curb check the intercooler with no bumper protecting it.

actually the turbo is a little small for that intercooler but, i got a deal on that intercooler it depends on how it acts when i hook up the boost i may sell it if it lags to much

btw its t3/t04 with a 50 ar

whaa are the dimensions on that? is your turbo even big enough yo fill tht

By sharp edges do you mean a square endtank?

but yes, I believe baffled endtanks would be better than un-baffled endtanks, but you dont want the baffles on the intank to restrict the air coming into the IC.

It doesn't...maybe halfway through the IC the air will start to disperse out a little bit, but once it comes time to exit the IC the air will collide with the square endtank making the air near the exit turbulent.

But IMO tall intercoolers are not going to be fully utilized if you have un-baffled incaps.
